Welcome to Property Secure and Electrical Installations (Pty) Ltd. By accepting our quotation, booking a service, or making use of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

A standard quotation or assessment fee of R250 may apply.

All accepted quotations require a 50% deposit before any work will commence.

The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the project and once the final invoice has been issued via EFT or another approved payment method.

Emergency repairs, call-outs, and on-site repairs under R1000 are payable immediately upon completion of the service.

All materials, equipment, and installations supplied remain the property of Property Secure and Electrical Installations (Pty) Ltd until full payment has been received.

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the work site during installations, maintenance, or repairs.

Any additional work requested outside the original quotation may result in additional charges.

Property Secure and Electrical Installations (Pty) Ltd will not be held liable for delays caused by load shedding, weather conditions, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All work and installations are completed according to applicable industry standards and regulations.

By accepting a quotation or making use of our services, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
